6/1/13 Victim in the 300 block of Lighthouse Ave. reports burglary to her residence.Taken: Klogs brand shoes, a name tag, and a waitress card. Value: $95.

6/1/13 Monterey Harbormaster reports a set of keys were turned in approx 3 weeks ago. The set contained 2 keys, a pink flashlight keychain, and numerous other misc keychains and rewards cards

6/1/13 Monterey Harbormaster reports finding a marine radio in the men’s restroom at Wharf 2. The radio was found on 3-24-13.

6/2/13 Victim reports being battered by known suspect in the 0-100 block of Prescott Ave. Victim declined to press charges.

6/2/13 Witness reported a domestic battery he observed in the parking lot of Fisherman’s Wharf 1. Both subjects were gone upon police arrival.

6/2/13 The Pacific Grove Police Department was aided in locating a runaway juvenile in the 400 block of Irving Ave.

6/3/13 BELLIARD, CHARLOTTE female/18 Bln, Grn, 5’2″, 108, was arrested for DUI on Del Monte at Pacific. BELLIARD was found to have a suspended license. BELLIARD will be released on citation when sober.

6/3/13 BURKETT, WILLIAM male/33 Brn, Grn, 6’2″, 160, was arrested for prowling, providing false information, resisting arrest and possession of burglary tools in the 300 block of
Lighthouse. BURKETT will be held in custody for warrants.

6/3/13 BURKETT, WILLIAM male/33 6’2″, 180 lbs., BRN/GRN was arrested while in custody at MPD, for an outstanding No Bail felony warrant from South Dakota County, South Dakota. He was also held in custody on 4 outstanding traffic warrants from Santa Cruz County.

6/3/13 CHIOINO, JAMES male/68, Gry/Hzl, 5-9/190 was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of .08% or greater while on Wharf 2.

6/3/13 Subject in the 700 block of Lily St. reports finding a brown leather wallet with misc cards in her yard.

6/6/13 WOOSTER-ATKINSON, JEANNE, female/55, BLN/BLU, 5-8/130 was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol following a collison at Grace and Prescott. WOOSTER-ATKINSON was
transported Monterey County Jail.

6/6/13 CURRY, RYAN, male/35, 6’0, 185 lbs., Brn, Blu, was arrested in the parking lot of 902 Lighthouse for battery and resisting arrest. CURRY was booked at Monterey Co. Jail and held on a no-bail warrant.

6/8/13 VILLALOBOS, ISIS, female/25, 5’02, 115,Bro, Bro, was arrested for public intoxication in the 800 block of David Ave. She will be released from County Jail once she reaches a level of sobriety per 849(b)(2) PC.

6/8/13 Anonymous person turned in a driver’s license which was found in the area of Scott and Pacific.

6/10/13 MPD towed a beige, 1987 Ford Escort from the 500 block of Hawthorne St. for being abandoned.

6/10/13 PERCY, ANDREW, male/32, Brn/Brn, 5-6/140, was arrested for obstructing, delaying and resisting a peace officer while at Mcclellan and Lighthouse. RUSSO, THOMAS, male/42, Brn/Grn,

5-1/142, was also arrested for obstructing, delaying , resisting a peace officer and driving on a suspended license. PERCY and RUSSO were booked into Monterey City Jail, and will both be released on citations.

6/11/13 [JUVENILE] was placed under citizen’s arrest for defrauding an innkeeper in the 600 block of Cannery Row. Taken was $75.00 in food. [JUVENILE] was also a reported runaway out of Pacific Grove. [JUVENILE] released to parental custody on a citation.

6/11/13 MPD aided in documenting an altercation regarding parking on Olivier at Scott.

6/14/13 RUSSO, THOMAS, male/42, 5’7 , 130lbs, Brn, Grn, was arrested for possession of marijuana for sales, possession of more then 1 oz of MJ, Transportation of MJ, evading police, obstructing resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license, DUI, and under the influence of a controlled substance subsequent to a traffic stop on Lower Presidio. RUSSO was held in custody and transported to County Jail.

6/15/13 MPD documented a hit and run collision that occurred in the parking lot Factory at 701 Wave.

6/15/13 LILLIE, LAURA female/48, BRO/BRO, 511/220, was arrested for public intoxication at Window on the Bay Park. Once sober, she will be released without any charges pursuant to 849(b)(2)PC.
