Marina’s city business license provider does not list an active business license for the property that Jenny supposedly “rents”. The landlord is claiming a homeowner’s exemption and a discounted tax rate.
Do anyone have evidence that the property is serving as a property rental? Couch surfing? Still living in the house she owns in Seaside?
