Marina’s city business license provider does not list an active business license for the property that Jenny supposedly rents. The landlord there is claiming a $7,000 homeowner’s exemption for a discounted rate that applies only to homeowners’ that use the home as a primary residence. This is not a repeat of Jenny’s own “mistake” claiming the exemption on her owned Seaside home, you’d think she would be more aware.
Does anyone have evidence that the property is serving as a property rental? Couch surfing? Still living in the house she owns in Seaside?
Fraud & Jenny go way back. Wanna see the tax bills showing names and the $7,000 discounts? Someone should bring this up with the city.
