A trio of teenagers who spray painted anti-police sentiments and crude images of human genitalia inside the American Tin Cannery last week were caught in the act by police and cited for burglary and vandalism, Pacific Grove police said.
The three teenagers were handcuffed and taken to the Pacific Grove Police Department on Pine Avenue, where officers cited them for burglary and vandalism. They were later released to their parents.

In a July 9 complaint, Rebecca Joanna Rousso, 76, contends that she was driving on 17 Mile Drive near Sunridge Road on May 27, 2025, at about 7:40 p.m. when she was stopped by the CHP for an expired vehicle registration.
