Suspicious circumstance–white male sitting in a red Honda next to school playground. Determined to be school janitor on break.
Injury incident–Central and 19th. Green 95 Sable and green Camry. Both vehicles towed. First vehicle ran stop sign and collided with second vehicle. Driver in second vehicle taken to CHOMP.

Battery report–being hit by step father. Step-father arrested and released on bail. Standby for placement of children.
Close patrol– estranged daughter and son-in-law vandalized home interior of relative before moving out. Owner fears their return; locks to be changed promptly.
Shoplifters–fleeing from store. Two taken into custody.
Raccoon problem–Grove Acre.
Suspicious person–reported tearing down signs on Arkwright.
Citizen contact–tourist with bucket wading through tidepools. Stopped activity before any violations.
MC violation–white female feeding peanuts to seagulls. Warning cite issued.
Suspicious circumstances–report of white male, 17, loading rifle into car. Was taking possession of BB gun from friend.
Malicious mischief–unknown juveniles ignited can of hairspray on tennis court. Fled on foot.
Road hazard–complaint of large sinkhole in roadway. CalAm called, as water was the cause. Barricades erected for safety.
Armed robbery–suspect arrested, gun and $1,427 cash recovered.

Repossessed Vehicle – Repossessed a 1994 Honda Civic from Lincoln. Notified River City Auto Recovery.
Suspicious Circumstances – Report of a plane banking steeply off the coast and sounded like it was having engine trouble. Area searched. Unable to locate. Monterey tower reported a military aircraft had requested to go off radar to below 1500′ in the area.
Tide Pool Investigation – Report of subjects with buckets on the rocks in the Great Tide Pool area. All had proper gear and licenses. Associated vehicle was not creating a hazard.
Suspicious Circumstances – Report of a subject with a knife in 400 block of Central, in a white van. Subject had an altercation with a passing motorist. No knife found. Released.
Reckless Driver – Report of a reckless driver speeding up and down 500 block of Cypress. Subject was driving his car to test a brake job. License status was checked. Advised not to test vehicle on a city street.
Stolen Property – Theft on Lighthouse Ave. of a 3×4 brown and red needlepoint tapestry. Valued at $500. No suspects.
Civil Papers – Served civil papers on a student at PGHS.
Property Damage – Unknown person(s) cut a hole in the cyclone fence near boat with outboard motors. Nothing taken.
Injured Person – Female on Lighthouse fell off the curb. AMR paramedics and PGFD treated her.
Found Property – Found a purse at Mayflower Church. Returned to owner.
Hazard – Followed up PGFD on downed wires. PG&E notified.
Suspended License and Warrant -Arrest of a driver on Forest with a suspended license and an outstanding warrant.
Parking Problem – Large motorhome parked legally, but blocking view of motorists from side street. Advised mobile home drivers to move.
Grand Theft – Male adult, 51, states a tile cutting saw was removed from the back of his pick-up within the last hour. Unable to locate.
Vandalism – Report of an unknown person on Lighthouse possibly threw a rock at her car windshield causing it to crack, occurred sometime Sunday or Monday night.
Possible Hazard – Report of a “brown foam” in water off Lover’s Point. With the aid of the PGFD the Water was checked, Nothing unusual observed. Health Dept. advised.
Unwanted Subject Female adult complained that a male adult bothered her at McDonald’s. She asked them to call 911 and they refused. Investigation proved no merit.
Citizen Assist – Transported disabled person from Carrows to Grove Acre
Injured Person – Subject on Lighthouse fell and hit his head. PGFD responded. Transported to CHOMP by a private party.
DUI – Driver on 800 Jessie stopped for erratic driving. Found to be under influence of drugs. Arrested, booked and released to husband.
DUI – Male arrested for DUI on 300 block of Congress. Transported to CHOMP for blood test.
Juvenile Problem – Report of having been struck by a tire with which 2 juveniles were playing on I 3″‘ and Lighthouse. She was not injured. Juveniles not held.
Verbal Domestic – Verbal domestic dispute on Sunset between husband and wife.
Refer to DUI on previous page -Witness followed car from Marina. Subject also rolled into police car after stop. Beachfront Detail – Ocean View to Asilomar Beach. Cleared beachfront. 3 cars moved, 1 camper awakened and advised to move along.
Noise Disturbance – Resident on Walnut reports neighbor’s washer is keeping him awake. Subjects contacted and said that they were finished with laundry for the evening.
Injured Person – Elderly woman fell while locked in her residence. Forced entry. Family took her to CHOMP.
Juvenile Problem – Citizen on Forest and David flagged down police stating that juveniles were stealing street signs on David. Juvenile suspects contacted. Two arrested. Released to parents after citing.
Suspicious Circumstances – Report on Central. Window smashed and door ajar at doctor’s office. Nothing disturbed.
Domestic Problem – On Balboa. Contacted family. Couple having a problem getting along. Problem resolved for now.
Hazard – Sink hole in new patch on sidewalk. Barricade put over it. Public W notified.
Found Bike – A bike was found and placed at City yard.
Structure Fire – On Eardley Ave., found to be smoking firebox. PGFD responded
Hazard – In 100 block of Eardley. Tractor ran out of gas. Trailer detached and left in roadway. Driver contacted an advised to move it ASAP.
Disagreement on Lighthouse – Station report of having had been threatened and spit upon by another woman at 1700 hours on Lighthouse.
Petty Theft – Report on Forest that employer is detaining a person for theft. Subject was arrested and is currently on probation for petty theft. Booked into county jail for petty theft with a prior and probation violation.
Domestic Problem – On Gibson, father and son arguing. Parties separated. Son had to take a time out.
Flooded Roadway – On Olmstead due to rain. City crew notified.
Stolen Bike – Report on Forest of theft of a specialized Buc/Silver Mountain bike. 17″ – 21.speed. Taken during the night. Valued at $350.
Tree Down – On Crocker. Tree down. PGFD responded.
Found Bike – Found Boy’s 16″ Huffy – 21 speed bike on Sanford Ct. Lodged at City yard.
Reckless Vehicle – Report of vehicle being~ driven recklessly and honking the horn. Area cased – unable to locate.
Vehicle Damage – Report that tires on vehicle were slashed while she was at work at the Fishwife.
Warrant Arrest – On Lighthouse. Subject arrested on 2 warrants with a bail of $102,500.

Traffic Hazard: Report of traffic hazard at 17 Mile Dr and Lighthouse. No merit.
Employee Theft: At Country Club Gate. Manager wanted to know options in dealing with an assistant manager who had acknowledged stealing from the business. Explained options. Manager will discuss options with business owner. Will contact PGPD if owner decides to pres charges.
Suspicious Circumstance: Juvenile harassment between students. Case only information only taken at this time.
Credit Card Fraud: Credit card charge by AOL was not one belonging to cardholder.
Alarm Activated: Alarm activation at Presidio by resident. Subject so flustered he could not remember the code. Matter resolved.
Traffic Hazard: Report carpet found in roadway at Spruce and 18th. Problem resolved on arrival.
Suspicious Circumstance: Resident on Central returned home and found door open. Interior check requested. Negative results.
Burglary: Past tense burglary by transient tenant. Victim’s daughter knew tenant. Refuses to co-operate.
Found Bike: Counter report. Bicycle placed at city yard.
Stolen Bike: Purple Dyno bike stolen from park.
NIA: Waste Management truck delivering new trash cans hit a tree limb on Ocean View Blvd. City Forestry Dept. and crew cleaned up broken limb. No damage to truck. No one injured.
Injury Accident: Accident at Hwy. 68 at Haul Rd. Two cars involved. One injury. Stood by until CHP arrived.
Juvenile Problem: Report that juveniles in 600 block of Hillcrest are smashing pumpkins. Area checked. Unable to locate.
Missing Adult: Husband reported his wife missing. Last seen when she got off work at Gateway Center.
Noise Disturbance and Alcohol Violation: Hosts cited for providing alcohol to underage drinkers. Three female juveniles taken to PGPD for curfew violation. Turned over to custody of parents.
Commercial Burglary: Lugo’s Shell on Lighthouse Ave. reports approximately $400 missing and a door found unsecured. No signs of forced entry.
Curfew Violation: Three white female juveniles contacted re: curfew. Instructed to go home without delay.
Overdue Juvenile: Adobe Lane mother reports that her 16-year-old daughter is at her boyfriend’s house and won’t come home. Returned home prior to PD arrival.
Noise Complaint: Band rehearsal on l5th St. Group notified of complaint. Activity ceased.

Child Welfare Problem: Hispanic male cited for leaving 2-year-old child alone in a parked, locked car.
Dead Body Found: 67-Year-old female on 19th St. found deceased of natural causes. Paul Mortuary responded.
Vandalism and Theft: Catsup and BBQ sauce poured on vehicle. Mailbox missing. No suspects.
White Female Adult injured: White female adult tripped in roadway, injury to nose, teeth, hands and knees. Refused medical. Ice pack only.
Suspicious Circumstance: Attendant at PG Museum reported she left some books unattended and some were taken Information only.
Theft from Auto: White female adult reported that unknown subjects entered her unlocked car and removed CD and stereo.
Domestic Violence: White female adult states that her live in boyfriend threw her to the ground, kicked her, spit on her and pulled her hair. She had bruises and complained of pain. Took pictures of injuries and obtained information regarding suspect. Arrested white male adult for assault. Booked Bail set by Judge Maldanado.
Bike Stolen: Report states unknown persons removed her Huffy 10 speed bike from carport.
Vehicle Entered: Report that a CD and player were stolen from car parked in front of residence on October 29.
Runaway Juvenile: White female juvenile, chronic runaway also by-polar and has not taken her medicine.
Suicide Attempt: Subject on Olmstead, 39, attempted suicide by ingesting 30 pills (unknown type). Transported to CHOMP and detained for 72-hour observation.
Suspicious Circumstance: Reported on Sage Ct. Heard knocking at bedroom fence and sliding door. Described as wearing dark clothing and cap on head. Unable to locate. Resolved. Reporter did not know a friend was knocking on the door. He was not expected.
Graffiti: Caledonia Park defaced with white spray painted letters 1½’ to 2′ high inside and outside of restrooms. Also sprayed on beige ’86 Mercedes parked next to the restroom. No suspect or leads;
Hazard: Assisted and coordinated the closure of Ocean View Blvd., because of high surf coming across the roadway and throwing water and debris in roadway.
Coastal Emergency: Coordinated with PGFD at Lover’s Point when two people were swept off rocks. White male adult rescued. Rescue came too late for white female adult. Body recovered.
