Cal Am Bills P.G. Couple $2000 For One Month’s Water

Smart Meters run amok? Cal Am denies any error, get used to it.

Parise brought in two plumbers, both from different companies to inspect his home for leaks, but they didn’t find anything. Now Parise thinks Cal Am’s new electronic meter, a meter the company recently installed this year, is to blame.

“The only thing that’s changed is this new electronic meters that they put in. I find it even hard to believe that common sense would tell you that our water usage has gone up that much and then magically it’s gone back to normal usage without us doing anything differently,” said Parise.

Dopes With Hope? Nope

If you think there are cops around, don’t go looking for the drop off. LOL.

Two men were arrested Monday after apparently trying to retrieve a hidden marijuana stash from the Pacific Grove High School campus, police reported.

School staff found a Mason jar full of marijuana in a wooded area near the soccer field. When officers arrived to investigate, they saw Sean Paul Kilpatrick, 27, and Cory Wayne Peters, 24, both of Pacific Grove, appearing to intently search the same area.

Pollacci’s Other Pad – Trailer In A Storage Lot

Wouldn’t take of his hat during sex for it would muss his rug.

Sepegan said the two drove around in a pouring rain storm for three hours that night before Pollacci drove her to a vehicle storage lot behind Monterey Peninsula Airport, where he entered a code and parked outside an aluminum travel trailer.

Inside, the two sat at the dining table and kissed. She did not stop Pollacci when he removed her top and bra, she said, or when he led her into the bedroom, removed all his clothing — except his hat because he was wearing a toupe –

Maybe The Painter Should Lay Off The Coffee

The Pine Cone’s police log has gotten much more interesting with the addition of P.G. to the report.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13

Pacific Grove: Monarch Lane resident reported his painter called him twice in the early morning hours. The painter wanted to speak about an upcoming job. The resident spoke to him and advised him not to contact him at 0200 hours. He was concerned the painter would continue to call in the future and asked for police to speak with him. An attempt to contact the painter failed, and a message was left on his voicemail.

Pollacci Accused Of Additional Rapes While Under Investigation

Pollacci Parking For Jury

The latest alleged victim, Jane Doe 2, was raped in October and November 2008, her lawsuit says. Last spring, Pollacci was convicted of raping Jane Doe 1 in April 2008 and sentenced to eight years in prison. Both rapes happened in the liquor store, according to court documents.

Pollacci has already been charged with assaulting Jane Doe 2 and faces a preliminary hearing next week. But details of the latest rape have not been revealed until now.

“In or around October 2008, plaintiff entered Ron’s Liquors as a patron and encountered Thomas Pollacci, who was working in the store at the time,” the lawsuit says. “As plaintiff shopped, Pollacci approached her and persuaded, convinced and otherwise manipulated her into a lunch meeting. During the lunch, Pollacci drove plaintiff to an unfamiliar, deserted area near the beach where he sexually assaulted her” including “forcible intercourse.”

Another Library Tax Fails

Hasn’t it been proven enough or do the supporters assume that the masses are not smart enough to know better?

Liberry

In a repeat of the November 2009 municipal election, supporters of Measure Q again failed to garner the two-thirds supermajority needed to pass a special tax to fund the Pacific Grove Public Library.

The final unofficial vote tally from Tuesday’s election showed 2,827 votes in favor of a parcel tax for the library to 1,796 against. With just more than 61 percent approval, the measure fell short of the 66.6 percent needed to pass.

Pollacci Rape Victim Sues The Store

It’s getting more interesting now – civil action on the enablers.

Corked bottle

Pollacci has been convicted or accused of sexual assaults multiple times since the 1980s. In all, five women testified at his trial about being attacked by him.

Friday’s suit seeks unspecified general and punitive damages against him, his family and the business. It alleges sexual battery, assault and battery and infliction of emotional distress by Pollacci and Ron’s Liquors; negligent hiring, retention and supervision against his parents, Ronald and Jean Pollacci, his brother, David, and the store; and negligence against all.
