Police said they were called to the Blue Fin Cafe and Billiards, 85 Cannery Row, shortly before 1:30 a.m.
Officers arrived to find three men suffering stab wounds, police said, and Frank Delgado, 32, and Anthony Paulsell, 24, both of Castroville, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
