11/4/06 Citizen reported his parked vehicle was struck by a black 2001 Honda Accord in the 200 block of Lighthouse. Vehicle fled scene.

11/9/06 CARL’S JUNIOR, 395 Lighthouse, Monterey, reports 3 unknown white males between 16 to18 to have thrown fruit and vegetation and cracked a plate glass window after being refused service after hours.

11/12/06 Citizen 800 block of Oak reports witnessing four male juveniles driving in dark color Toyota Camry or similar in the 800 block of Oak. One of the subjects (R/Rear/Passenger) was seen vandalizing random parked vehicles with a baseball bat.
11/12/06 ORTIZ, CONRADO was arrested on five misdemeanor warrants totaling $38,500. ORTIZ, CONRADO was arrested for false identification to a peace officer at
Hoffman and Foam.

11/20/06 Victim reports being robbed at gun point and stabbed in the 900 block of the Rec Trail by four unknown Hispanic males, 18-22 yrs/5-8 to 5-9/ 140 to 160 lbs. Suspect with black handgun was wearing green jacket, white t-shirt, dark pants.
