Taught 1st grade at the David Avenue private school for a short time. Child molesting charges entered in February were dropped in a plea bargain. Lilley has left the country for South Africa I am told.

Patrick Charles Lilley, 52, an ex-teacher at Sonoma’s Woodland Star Charter School, pleaded no contest to a single count of felony child endangerment and was sentenced to five years’ probation. Lilley served about nine months in county jail after his arrest.

Wouldn’t take of his hat during sex for it would muss his rug.
Sepegan said the two drove around in a pouring rain storm for three hours that night before Pollacci drove her to a vehicle storage lot behind Monterey Peninsula Airport, where he entered a code and parked outside an aluminum travel trailer.
Inside, the two sat at the dining table and kissed. She did not stop Pollacci when he removed her top and bra, she said, or when he led her into the bedroom, removed all his clothing — except his hat because he was wearing a toupe –

The latest alleged victim, Jane Doe 2, was raped in October and November 2008, her lawsuit says. Last spring, Pollacci was convicted of raping Jane Doe 1 in April 2008 and sentenced to eight years in prison. Both rapes happened in the liquor store, according to court documents.
Pollacci has already been charged with assaulting Jane Doe 2 and faces a preliminary hearing next week. But details of the latest rape have not been revealed until now.
“In or around October 2008, plaintiff entered Ron’s Liquors as a patron and encountered Thomas Pollacci, who was working in the store at the time,” the lawsuit says. “As plaintiff shopped, Pollacci approached her and persuaded, convinced and otherwise manipulated her into a lunch meeting. During the lunch, Pollacci drove plaintiff to an unfamiliar, deserted area near the beach where he sexually assaulted her” including “forcible intercourse.”
Pollacci Accused Of Additional Rapes While Under Investigation
It’s getting more interesting now – civil action on the enablers.

Pollacci has been convicted or accused of sexual assaults multiple times since the 1980s. In all, five women testified at his trial about being attacked by him.
Friday’s suit seeks unspecified general and punitive damages against him, his family and the business. It alleges sexual battery, assault and battery and infliction of emotional distress by Pollacci and Ron’s Liquors; negligent hiring, retention and supervision against his parents, Ronald and Jean Pollacci, his brother, David, and the store; and negligence against all.
A Judge told a Salinas police officer prosecutors say molested a young girl in Pacific Grove in 2007, he will stand trial.
Friday, a judge told Lance Mosher there is enough evidence to go to trial.
Blame the victim. It works for Dave Stamm.
Lance M. Mosher, 44, was arrested Tuesday on two counts of lewd acts with a minor and penetration with a foreign object, police said.
Mosher is accused of committing the acts in 2007, police said.
The complaint stemmed from a prior complaint by an unnamed individual and the acts were committed while Mosher was living in Pacific Grove, authorities said.
Mosher’s attorney, Juliet Peck, said the teen accusing her client of molestation may have a mental illness, which could explain the allegations.
Time to pay up, business and other enablers.

In the lawsuit, Taylor claims the Pollacci’s allowed their son, Thomas, to work at the store even though he was already a registered sex offender.
Taylor said the family did not supervise him, putting her and other women at risk of being sexually attacked.

Same as he said about the one he was convicted of. Notice he’s now got a public defender – wha’ happened?
Convicted rapist Thomas Pollacci entered not-guilty pleas Friday to three new charges that he sexually assaulted two other women in 2007 and 2008.
Pollacci hasn’t been sentenced on the original conviction. He faces up to eight years in prison in that case and an additional 24 years if convicted of all charges in the new case.
Jane Doe # 5 is suing the Pollaccis? GO GIRL!!
Liu told jurors in his opening statement that his client and the woman had consensual sex and that she then fell from the second-story loft where they had been drinking wine together. Too embarrassed to admit she had sex with Pollacci, a registered sex offender, she made up the story and has since filed a federal lawsuit against Pollacci and his family, Liu said.
