6/1/13 Monterey Harbormaster reports a set of keys were turned in approx 3 weeks ago. The set contained 2 keys, a pink flashlight keychain, and numerous other misc keychains and rewards cards

Lighthouse. BURKETT will be held in custody for warrants.

6/10/13 PERCY, ANDREW, male/32, Brn/Brn, 5-6/140, was arrested for obstructing, delaying and resisting a peace officer while at Mcclellan and Lighthouse. RUSSO, THOMAS, male/42, Brn/Grn,
5-1/142, was also arrested for obstructing, delaying , resisting a peace officer and driving on a suspended license. PERCY and RUSSO were booked into Monterey City Jail, and will both be released on citations.
6/11/13 [JUVENILE] was placed under citizen’s arrest for defrauding an innkeeper in the 600 block of Cannery Row. Taken was $75.00 in food. [JUVENILE] was also a reported runaway out of Pacific Grove. [JUVENILE] released to parental custody on a citation.

RUSSO was held in custody and transported to County Jail.
