A Pebble Beach man pleaded not guilty to a sexual assault charge this morning in a Salinas courtroom.
Thomas Pollacci, 50, is accused of raping a woman in a loft above Ron’s Liquors, his father’s Pacific Grove establishment . . . .
. . . a pretrial hearing for Sept. 3, at which time a trial date will also be set.
