The trial of a Pebble Beach man accused of raping a woman in his father’s Pacific Grove liquor store was delayed until Feb. 1 after both sides asked for more time to prepare.
Thomas Pollacci, 50, is accused of assaulting the woman, an acquaintance, in a loft at Ron’s Liquors on April 21, 2008.
