400 rooms? That is like 2x that one on Cannery Row. I can just imagine those people flushing toilets & it’s effect on our 100 year old sewer pipes. What about traffic? Going to put in a highway?

this town is dying. The sewers need to be replaced, even
without the hotel. I say, an enthusiastic “YES” to this
