The operators of Victorian Corner and Rudolfo’s are in favor of the new outdoor dining plan, while Wild Fish owners Kelvin and Liz Jacobs oppose it. The couple said they’re planning on hiring an attorney to “challenge the legitimacy” of the project and are asking the public to help pay their legal bills.
