There are no regrets, questions of ‘what if,’ and no finger-pointing. The simple truth is that post-recession, Tower’s studio could not sustain itself financially.
What if the City of PG and its Chamber of Commerce started a new program called “Business Cementery.” Anyone wanting to kill their business or run it into the ground could move to PG. After they rent a vacant storefront on Lighthouse Ave., join the expensive, do-nothing Chamber, and then watch the bills pile up and the cash register grow cobwebs.
Moe will drive up in his Mercedes SUV and BS them about what a great town PG is, etc. Six months to a year and you’re gone.
