Judge Timothy Buckley granted Pollacci’s attorney, Michelle Wouden, documents that had been subpoenaed from The Herald, the Salinas Californian, the Monterey County Weekly, the Carmel Pine Cone and the Pacific Grove Hometown Bulletin, as well as electronic media from KION News Channel 46 and KWAV 97-FM radio.
